You can follow Fram2 in orbit in a few different places. Be aware that sometimes the file with the orbit is updated and during the start of the mission there were a few different versions in the different places. Double check your overpass times each day, especially if you have a list spanning many days taken at the start of the mission.
Here are some suggestions of where to follow Fram2!
This app shows the modelled auroral oval and the Fram2 trajectory. You can download a desktop version, iOS app, and Android app.
In the early stages of the mission, this orbit may not be accurate and it may take some time to update. The iOS app is currently awaiting approval for the addition of the Fram2 orbit. Checking the aurora app version with one of the above trackers for accuracy during the early stages of the mission is recommended.
To operate the app, click on the the bars in the top left for the menu and enter your location.Â
The click 'Advanced', tick 'Track' and select Fram2. Then click on the satellite icon in the top right, next to the refresh icon, and you will be taken to the map!
On this site it is possible to input your location and view all of the future overpasses of Fram2. The Fram2 orbit is available as an option on the homepage. There is also an app available for Android that you can use out in the field to track Fram2.
